Vesti Technology Solutions Inc.

Terms of Service

Last updated 31 July 2026

These terms form the agreement between you and Vesti Technology Solutions Inc. (“Vesti”, “we”, “us”) for your use of wevesti.com and the Vesti application. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

Vesti is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Templates, drafted letters, filings, assessments, and answers from Zyra are informational tools generated from the information you supply. They are not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction, no attorney–client relationship is created by using Vesti, and nothing you submit to Vesti or Zyra is covered by attorney–client privilege. You are responsible for reviewing every document before you sign, send, or file it. Where an independent attorney or expert is introduced through Vesti, that engagement is a separate contract between you and them.

1. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You agree to give accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and remain responsible for everything done under your account. Notify us at support@wevesti.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

2. What the service does

Vesti provides document drafting tools, immigration and global-mobility assessments, company-formation intake, and optional paid services such as the Clarity Session and U.S. company incorporation support. Features evolve; we may add, change, or withdraw features, and beta features are provided as-is without any service commitment.

3. Plans, limits, and fair use

  • Free plan — up to 10 generated letters in total. Every free-plan document carries a visible Vesti draft watermark.
  • Rate limit — all accounts, including paid accounts, may generate a maximum of 10 letters per rolling 24 hours. This limit protects service availability and prevents abuse.
  • Paid services — the Clarity Session and incorporation service are one-time purchases at the price shown at checkout. Recorded Clarity Session material is licensed to you for personal viewing only; recording, downloading, redistributing, or sharing access is prohibited.

We may suspend or throttle accounts that circumvent these limits, including through multiple accounts or automated access.

4. Payments and refunds

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and exclude any taxes or bank charges you may owe. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor; by purchasing, you also accept that processor's terms. Amounts paid for the Clarity Session go towards your filing fees. Government, state, and filing fees collected as part of an incorporation are non-refundable once submitted to the relevant authority. Other purchases are non-refundable once the service has been delivered, except where a refund is required by law or we agree one in writing. Failed or reversed payments may result in suspension of the related service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • submit false, forged, or fraudulent information, or impersonate another person or entity;
  • use Vesti to prepare documents intended to deceive a court, government agency, employer, or immigration authority;
  • upload malware, attempt to breach our security, probe our infrastructure, or access another user's data;
  • scrape, resell, sublicense, or white-label the service or its output without our written permission;
  • reverse-engineer the platform or use automated tools to bypass quotas or rate limits;
  • upload content you have no right to share, or that infringes another person's rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, without refund where the breach is material.

6. Content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of the information and files you submit, and of the finished documents you generate. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the service and support you. Vesti retains all rights in the platform, its templates, models, prompts, branding, and the “Zyra” name. Any stamp, seal, or branding shown on sample previews is illustrative and must not be reproduced, altered, or applied to documents outside Vesti.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI-generated output is accurate, current, complete, or suitable for your matter, that any application, filing, or visa petition will succeed, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vesti is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, denied applications, missed deadlines, or lost data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Vesti against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or content you submit or send that infringes a third party's rights or breaks the law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate access where you breach these terms, where required by law, or where continued provision creates legal or security risk. On termination your right to use the service ends; data handling then follows the retention periods in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer protection right you have under the laws of your country of residence, or your right to bring a data protection complaint to your local supervisory authority.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date will change and, for material changes, we will notify you by email or in-product notice before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms. Questions: legal@wevesti.com.
