Vesti Enters Its Next Phase, Expanding From Global Talent Mobility Into AI-Native Legal Services

The company is expanding beyond immigration to build an AI-native legal platform for individuals, founders, startups and organizations, while doubling down on its leadership in global talent mobility across the US, UK and Canada.

Lagos, October 1, 2026. Vesti, the global mobility and legal technology company helping high-potential professionals and founders navigate international opportunities, is entering its next phase with a broader vision: to become an AI-native legal operating system for people and businesses navigating an increasingly global economy.

Known for its work helping global talent pursue US, UK and Canadian talent and mobility pathways, Vesti is now expanding its platform beyond immigration to provide a wider range of legal services, including company incorporation, trademarks and patents, startup licensing, contracts and other business and personal legal workflows.

The company's evolution is reflected in its newly expanded digital platform, wevesti.com, which combines AI-powered legal assistance with access to human legal experts. Vesti's AI assistant, Zyra, is designed to understand a user's legal issue, identify potential next steps, generate documents and escalate matters to human professionals where legal expertise or representation is required.

At the same time, Vesti is continuing to invest heavily in its Global Talent offering. Its migration platform at wevesti.com/migration uses AI to analyze a person's career and achievement signals, identify relevant immigration pathways, develop evidence roadmaps and connect users with legal experts for review and petition preparation. The platform currently covers pathways including the US O-1A, EB-1A and EB-2 NIW, the UK Global Talent route, and Canadian pathways including Express Entry and the Canada Talent Visa.

The company says the goal is not to move away from immigration, but to build on its experience helping global talent move, establish themselves and build companies internationally.

“Immigration was the beginning, not the destination,” said Olusola Amusan, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Vesti, who is also stepping into the role of Chief AI Officer. “We have spent years understanding the legal and operational problems that talented people face when they are trying to move, build and participate in a global economy. The next phase is about using AI to make the broader legal journey dramatically faster and more accessible, from figuring out your immigration pathway to incorporating a company, protecting intellectual property, securing licences and generating the legal documents required to operate.”

Vesti's expansion will also give startups and founders access to legal infrastructure from a single platform. The company's startup offering currently includes US incorporation, EIN filing, data-room preparation, US and Canadian licensing support, startup advisory and founder immigration services.

For lawyers and legal professionals, Vesti is building technology intended to reduce repetitive administrative work and accelerate document-heavy workflows. Rather than replacing legal professionals, the company is positioning AI as an operating layer that can handle intake, information extraction, drafting, document generation and workflow management, allowing lawyers to focus more of their time on legal judgment and client strategy.

“The legal profession has always been built around expertise, but too much of legal work is still slowed down by repetitive processes, document preparation and fragmented workflows,” said Abimbola Amusan, Co-founder of Vesti and a lawyer. “Our opportunity is to give lawyers better tools while giving clients a much better experience. AI can help us get from a client's problem to a structured matter, the right documents and the right legal professional much faster, while keeping human expertise at the centre of important legal decisions.”

The expanded Vesti platform already brings together legal actions across areas including employment, consumer matters, property, business, startups, family and migration. Users can describe a problem, receive an initial plan, generate relevant documents and, where necessary, move the matter to a human expert.

For global founders, this means the same platform that can help identify a founder's strongest immigration pathway can also help establish the company, prepare founder agreements, protect intellectual property and navigate licensing requirements. Vesti's startup platform currently offers incorporation in Delaware or Texas, US and Canadian licensing support, startup advisory and founder visa services from a single workspace.

The company is also maintaining its focus on global talent as a core part of its identity. Vesti's migration platform is designed to move beyond a conventional visa application model by helping individuals understand which pathways may fit their profiles before building the evidence and documentation required for an application. The platform combines automated assessment with a human expert layer, including immigration professionals who review strategy and petition preparation.

“We want Vesti to be the infrastructure that sits underneath global ambition,” the Amusan brothers echoed. “Whether you are a researcher trying to move to the US, a founder incorporated in Delaware, a startup protecting its intellectual property, or an organization navigating a complex legal workflow, there should be a much simpler way to get started and get the work done.”

With this next phase, Vesti is broadening its ambition from a global mobility company into a technology-enabled legal platform, while retaining global talent mobility as one of its defining areas of expertise.

“The future of legal services is not simply about putting lawyers online,” Olusola Amusan said. “It is about redesigning how legal work gets done. We believe AI can make legal services faster, more transparent and more accessible, while lawyers remain responsible for the judgment and expertise that matter most.”
