Dear Customer Care,

On January 18, 2026 I purchased a Lumen Atrium floor lamp (Order #LH-204871) for $1,249.00 including tax. The lamp arrived on January 24 with a cracked base and a non-functional dimmer. I returned it via your prepaid label on January 28 (USPS tracking 9405 5036 9930 0173 4421 92). Six weeks later, no refund has been issued.

Your failure to refund violates the implied warranty of merchantability under U.S.C. § 2-314 and the California Consumers Legal Remedies Act, Cal. Civ. Code § 1750 et seq.

Demand is hereby made for a full refund of $1,249.00 to my original payment method within seven (7) days of receipt of this letter. Failing refund by March 21, 2026, I will file a complaint with the California Department of Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau, dispute the charge with my card issuer, and commence small-claims proceedings.
