I, Margaret L. Adebowale, of 1180 Peachtree Street NE, Atlanta, GA 30309, the maternal aunt of the minor child Isabella J. Adebowale (DOB: April 3, 2017), do hereby declare and petition as follows:

1. The child's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Adebowale, are temporarily relocating to Lagos, Nigeria from April 1, 2026 through August 31, 2026 for work, with the written consent attached hereto as Exhibit A.
2. I am over the age of 21, of sound mind, and have no criminal history.
3. I hereby accept temporary guardianship of Isabella for the period stated, including authority to consent to medical care, enroll her at Morningside Elementary School and make day-to-day decisions on her behalf.
4. This guardianship shall terminate automatically on August 31, 2026 or earlier upon written notice from the parents.
